Thank you for your interest in hiring the Stardome’s Sunroom as a venue for your event.
The Sunroom is currently unavailable as we are currently undertaking refurbishment of the room.
We will endeavour to have the Sunroom available for hire, later in the year.

Stardome Observatory caters for groups from 10 - 200.
The prime aspects of the Stardome are: its central, parkland location; the range of audio and video equipment available; and the space & astronomy theme throughout the building.(Refer to the floor plan) Visit us and we will show you where you can:

Display your own web pages, DVD's, or videotapes on the 3.6m x 2.4m screen in the Space Room.

Relax in the sheltered courtyard and enjoy the pastoral setting.

Set up buffet or seated dining, and a bar.

Mix and mingle as you wander through the 3D solar system model.

Play your music selection on our background sound system.
Daytime Meetings
The easy parking, kitchen facilities, and quiet outlook makes the Sun Room ideal for daytime meetings. Training sessions, sales meetings, or strategic planning for groups of up to 50.
Corporate Events
Our distinctive theme is ideal if your wish to convey a message based on any of the following concepts or feelings:
