SPACE FOR YOUR BUSINESS MEETING AT STARDOME

The Matariki Room is a light, airy space with views of Maungakiekie One Tree Hill Domain. It's ideal for meetings, conferences, team days, or functions.

Room hire includes all audio-visual equipment including data projector, large screen, WiFi, TV, and whiteboard.

There is access to a private kitchen suitable for external catering staff to use. Minimum three-hour hire.

Classroom: 30 people

Theatre: 55 people

Seated meal: 40 people

Boardroom: 25 people

Please note we are unable to serve alcohol on site at Stardome.

FAQs

DO YOU HAVE SPEAKERS AND A MICROPHONE? 

The size and the acoustics of the Matariki Room means that a microphone isn’t often required. We do have small speakers that you can play music from.

WHERE CAN I GET A COFFEE? 

For an additional charge, we can provide tea and coffee for your guests so it’s all ready for when they arrive. Alternatively, there is a great coffee shop just across the road and another in the park.

DO YOU OFFER CATERING? 

We have some great recommendations for catering. Just let us know your requirements and we’ll put you in touch with our favourite caterers.

WHERE CAN I PARK? 

We have parking outside Stardome, and there is parking on Manukau Road outside the entrance to Maungakiekie One Tree Hill Domain. During the day, the playground at the bottom of the park can be used but be aware that it is locked from 7pm. There is also free parking available in Haydn Ave, off Manukau Road, next to the park.
