Mars has been a hot topic of late, and it's also the centre of Stardome's unforgettable Christmas event - a production that brings the iconic story of "The War of the Worlds" to life. In our planetarium dome, live performers, lighting, sound and staging effects will deliver a truly multi-dimensional performance. We're creating all-new visuals and animations for this production, and performers will be interacting with characters and events projected onto the dome screen above. TOTAL COST: $500 + GST for room hire (catering and beverages not included); show tickets are $50 per person or $45 per person for groups of 20+.
Milky Way Package
Groups of up to 70 people (cocktail) or up to 30 people (seated meal)
Private room hire in the Sun Room from 6pm to 10pm, and a Planetarium show (see below).
Includes:
- Use of the catering kitchen
- Car parking available
- BBQ on request
Guests can enjoy an exclusive Planetarium show for your group at 6pm or 7pm, followed by a cocktail function (holds up to 80) or seated dinner (holds up to 30).

TOTAL COST: $500 + GST (catering and beverages not included)
Guests can also join a public Planetarium show for $10 per adult (subject to availability) at 7pm, or have an exclusive Planetarium show at 6pm or 7pm for $500 + GST.
