Our story takes place far in the future with an Earth on the verge of environmental collapse. Billionaire Warren Trout thinks he can make a fortune colonising the rest of the solar system and sends space pilot Jack Larson to find out where. But there’s one thing he didn’t count on – Ashley, Trout’s daughter, has stowed away on board the ship and has her own ideas.
After the show there's a short live presentation on the night sky above Auckland.
Weekday holiday sessions are followed by either outdoor rocket launching (weather permitting) or a live science demonstration with our Astronomy Educators.
Bookings Essential. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for shows. Late entry into the planetarium is not possible once the show has started.
